Top Disney World Attractions

I don't know about you but when I was able find cheap Disneyland vacation packages and traveled to Disneyworld all I had on my mind was getting on some of the top Disney attractions. It is a shame because in the hotels the first channel that is broadcast to guest is a Disney Attractions channel. It outlined all the roller coaster, the shows and some of the best eateries in the parks. After watching the channel for about a hour or two it left me salivating over which ride I wanted to tackle first. I also needed to find out which park would allow me to get to my rides faster.

TIP: Don't start with the magic kingdom. This park is always busy and it is usually the first park that everyone goes to first. The rides are a lot older and it will probably take you the longest to get on any of the rides.

Disney Animal Kingdom

I really enjoyed this park and Disney really knows how to cater to animal lovers. This park has a large assortment of live exotic animals on display. Unlike a zoo were the cages are dirty and smelly Disnay has found a way to make everything seem endless. Like you are part of the exhibits. Yes, you could see the cages but the plants grew over your head and along the sides of the walkway. They also have exotic birds flying and walking with guest.

Expedition Everest is the top ride that most people want to go on when they come to this park. And rightfully so, this ride is a full throttle experience that will have you grabbing you seat and asking for more.

Kilimanjaro Safaris put you right in the middle of a safari with lion, tigers and bears oh my.. Get a chance to see rinos and giraffe as they chill out by the trees catching some sun.

Kali River Rapids a white water rapids raft ride. This ride will get you drinched on the first turn. Bring a rain coat if you don't want to get wet.

Find Nemo the Musical - This is a LIVE reenactment of the Nemo cartoon movie. It has been broken downto 40 minutes but they manage to reenact every part.

Disney's Hollywood Studios

You really feel that you are in Hollywood when you walk into this theme park.  All of the building classic Hollywood style.  The park offers a behind the scenes look at the making of movies with thrilling action attractions and backstage tours.

I only have one ride that you have to get on when you come to this theme park and that is "The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror".  Plunge down the dark frieight elevator of a abandand haunted hotel.  Cross over into the Twilight Zone and the phantom elevator tosses you up and down floor after floor.  Each ride is different and is controlled by a computer that provides a random ride each time a new group gets on the ride.

Other than that all the show are really good at this park, try to go and see as many as you can.

Epcot - Disney's Science Park

I have to say that I visit this park when it first openned and I was very disappointed with the park.  The rides were boring and they only had a lot of scientific excibits to choose from.  As a child it was not what I wanted to see.

This is not the case anymore.  Epcot in my opinion is one of the top two parks of the entire Disney experience.  They have revamped all the rides and have put in some very ingenious attraction.

Test Track - This is a high speed ride that put you in the middle of a vehicle testing facility and you are the test dummy.  The ride goes through a multitude simulations like braking, having the car go over bumps, high speed turns and finally the test track.  The car hits speeds of 80 mph as it slams around at top speed around a test track.  The ride will have you heart race.

Soarin - This is a magical ride that takes you on a virtual adventure as you hang glide across European and U.S. monuments.  As you fly by these monuments the attraction put you right in the middle of the ground action as you chase sheep and fly over the San Fransico bridge.  You almost feel like you can reach down and touch everything.

Mission - Space - Get ready as you start your training to blast off to far off planets.

The Seas with Nemo and Friends - A under water themed ride for all ages were you join Nemo and all his friends as you all find your way under the see.  This is a great ride for little children.

These are the top rides that I would hit when in Epcot.  You would also want to check out some of the themed lands.  They have great LIVE shows of authentic characters.

Hey John,

I did not get to ride that rollercoaster on my last visit.  But I will take a look at it to see what it is about.
