According to your children body frame, cut a long piece of cardboard of hard and thick paper. Draw some white vertical shapes into the top half of the wing and paint them with red and white color. Also pain the bottom half of the wing by purple color. At the center of the strip, try to fold a crease. Add the crease and the cardboard with stapler to the shirt between the shoulder blades.

Then create the plate of the chest. Take two cardboard pieces; one with enough size for covering the top of the chest and another having enough size for spanning the neck. With a duct tape add the pieces together. Paint the pieces with green color. Under the hole of the neck of the piece staying in front draw a rectangle and pint it in blue color. On the right side draw thee oval shaped button and paint them in blue, yellow and red color. Add this cardboard at the upper site of the head.
